Apprentice Level 3 Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

A permanent role with genuine career prospects. We’re holding a series of Employment Workshops in June for Apprentices interested in applying. Included is what you need to know about us, writing CVs, application forms, interview techniques and preparation, plus a guide to recruitment assessments. We want people people to join our enthusiastic and dynamic Call Centre team delivering multi-award winning customer service every day. Working in our fast-paced contact centre, you’ll take inbound calls to answer queries from customers about their everyday (or not so everyday!) banking. You don’t need to have experience, but a passion for people, commitment to growing our business and a can do attitude. What do you need? • Maths and English GCSE grade 5 or equivalent • to work a variety of shifts including early start, late evenings and weekends • availability 8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday for training • ideally some work experience where you have dealt with customers.

When you'll work

Full time Customer Service Representative vacancies, working 35 hours per week. Example shifts: Example 1: Tuesday 15:30 - 01:00, Thursday 07:30 - 16:00, Friday 9:00 - 18:30 & Saturday 12:00 - 21:30. Example 2: Monday & Tuesday & Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30, Thursday 16:00 - 22:00 & Sunday 06:00 - 14:30. If you're offered a position there will be others to choose from. Please note this isn’t an entry level position. You‘ll be working in a busy, challenging and constantly evolving environment with regular performance measures.
