Sometimes other commitments in your life make it impossible to hold down a full time job. Don’t worry, first direct may have a solution. We’re currently looking for part time Customer Service Representatives, so you can feel comfortable that your job fits around the other important things in your life.
Working as a Customer Service Representative you’ll answer inbound calls from our customers and deal with their everyday banking requests. You might be setting up a standing order, re-setting Online Banking security details, paying a bill or opening a Savings Account. We want you to have amazing conversations with our customers and talk to them confidently about which products and services are right for them. You should be a fantastic communicator who can use rapport to build a relationship with our customers.

Whatever your experience or background you’ll enjoy a full induction and training course, designed to get you up to speed on the systems, products and services we offer, before you “go live” on our telephones. As the training is intensive it will last about 15 weeks (Monday to Friday, 17:00 - 22:00) and it is important that you are able to attend the whole of the course, which will be split into two parts across the year. You will be unable to take any holidays during your training period.
